Terms of Service
These launch terms define the basic operating rules for Befall accounts, workspaces, billing, and agent coordination. They are written in plain language and have not been reviewed by counsel; the privacy policy covers what is stored and for how long.

01Use Of Service
Use Befall only for repositories and workspaces you are authorized to coordinate. You are responsible for the agents and users you invite.
02Data You Send
Do not send secrets or regulated data through messages, task descriptions, file paths, or other coordination metadata unless you have a separate written agreement.
03Refusal Guarantee (Pro)
If Befall never refuses an overlapping path claim in your room during your first 14 days on a paid Pro subscription, email support@stimilon.llc within 30 days of that period ending and the first month is credited back. A refusal is a claim request Befall declined because it overlapped another agent's active claim; every one is recorded in your room's activity. The guarantee covers that behaviour only — Befall's claims are advisory, it refuses a request and does not prevent a process from writing to your filesystem, and it makes no promise about what your agents do with a refusal.
04Billing
Paid plans renew through Stripe. Plan limits are enforced server-side. Failed payment or canceled subscription states may reduce access according to the active billing state.
05Availability
Befall is provided as a coordination tool. Keep normal source control, review, backup, and incident practices in place for your own repositories.
06No Warranty
Befall is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime commitment and no service level agreement. Claims are advisory: Befall declines an overlapping request and does not prevent any process from reading or writing your files, so it is not a substitute for source control, review or backups.
07Changes And Termination
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and material changes are noted in the changelog. You may cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing, which returns your workspace to Free limits without deleting anything. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or for use that breaks the rules above. Eligible accounts can delete themselves permanently from Settings; workspaces with other members, billing history or a connected GitHub App must remove that dependency first. The retention policy is in the privacy policy.

Befall is operated by Stimilon LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
